We didn't do much of anything today.  Garrett is leaving early in the morning on Father's Day.   So, we celebrated today.  We went out to lunch and had Mexican.  The owner saw that Sarah had birthday cards in her hand (thanks to Noni and Grandmama) and asked her if it was her birthday and Sarah said, "Yes!"  I corrected her and said that it will be in one week.  The owner laughed and Sarah laughed.  At the end of the meal the owner brought over a "birthday flan"  with a candle in it for Sarah and we all sang to her.  Sarah loved the whipped cream.  The flan not so much.  Garrett kept asking her to try the flan. Then, Sarah just erupted and at the top of her voice yelled out, "I DON'T LIKE THE FLAN DADDY!"  To say we were embarassed is an understatement.  It wasn't the first time and it won't be the last.  I'm not worried we'll get her back when she's 16.
