Pops last day with us was yesterday.  He wanted to try Serrano's Fishmarket for dinner.  They make this fried red snapper dish that is just yummy.  It looks strange, because the head is still on it, and the fish is looking at you but man is it tasty.  Normie and I shared a fish and the carcass was just laying there and Sarah wanted to see it.  So, I picked it up and gave her the head and the tailbone and she played with it for the rest of the meal.  LOL!  She had so much fun and it was a little creepy but hey it kept her quiet.  Maybe she'll be a forensic icktheologist when she grows up.  BTW, huachinago is the Mexican word for red snapper.
