Whew, I am tired. Our friends Mike and Annemarie had their baby on Friday. The little guy is 7 weeks early. He's 3 lbs., 3 oz. and mom and baby are just fine. Sarah was so excited. She hasn't gotten to see the baby yet but she's already volunteered her babysitting services. LOL!
Dillard's had a sale this weekend. I didn't get to go until today. Boy oh boy, I do not want to be home when Garrett sees the credit card bill. On the up side, I got some really, really, cute dresses for Sarah for next spring. I just couldn't pass them up. She's picked out a dazzling new dress to wear just about every other day in the past two weeks and she still hasn't worn all her dresses yet.
While we were at the mall I informed her that if she was good and well-behaved while I shopped then she would get some frozen yogurt. She was ok. A few people in line with me remarked that they thought she was being very good. Either I have high standards or people are use to brats. LOL! In any case, I felt overall she was good and I told her we would go get her a treat. I said, "Thank you Sarah for being a good girl while we shopped." She replied, "It's ok Mom. It's my job." HA! She's right though. It's her job to be a little girl and all the wonderful things that go along with it.
