Sarah and I have been busy decorating for Halloween.  Bahahahah!  Since handing over carving tools to a 3 yr. old is out of the question I decided that she would do just fine painting pumpkins.  She just loves it.  She's fairly good about not making much of a mess but she did have a hard time understanding that she should clean off her paintbrush before starting on another color.  Her pumpkins are very contemporary.  Kinda like Jackson Pollack meets The Blob.  She'll be able to help me when I do my usual carved pumpkins in a week or so.  The heat during the day just sucks them dry, so I don't want to do them to early.  Now, that I think about it, a dried, sucked up pumpkin with a scary carved face might look pretty freaky glowing on Halloween night.  Wahahahaha!
