Morning started out as usual.  We had a bit of a late night.  I'm trying to paint the powder room and Sarah wanted to help so badly.  I knew her helping would include a couple of "Oops, Mom" and I just didn't have the energy for that.  So, she asked very nicely if she could sit and watch me.  She asked so sweetly I couldn't say no.  I have to say she was pretty well behaved, but I noticed her wiggling with temptation just wanting to grab a brush and paint.

She's eating Zucchini pancakes.  She absolutely refuses to eat anything that resembles a vegetable, so I have to get sneaky.  I made whole wheat pancakes and put a handful of shaved zucchini in the batter.  She hasn't a clue!  I have to get going.  She's asking me what we're doing today.  Always an adventure with Sarah.
